Actually the 3.8 version starts up but doesn't seem to save
configuration information between reboots. There don't seem to be any
log files in the usual places.

I get the attached error when trying to start ifolder on Ubuntu 9.10
amd64 aftger installing the libeel2-2 and libeel2-data packages from
Jaunty.

temporary workaround:
Install libeel2-2 (http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/libeel2-2) and
libeel2-data (http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/libeel2-data) from Jaunty until
there is a permanent/official fix.
