explain some of the reasons for including certain object classes from the
schemas found in the /etc/ldap/schema directory. For example, in Item #4,

I have not found how to do it with the ldapdelete command, But I've
successfully used the ldapmodify command to delete the example attribute
olcDbIndex: uid eq,pres,sub:
