1. OS: Karmic for 64 bits processors (AMD 7750)
2.Audio Adapter: Sound Blaster Audigy (CA0106)
3. Problem affecting all aplications using microphone (especially Skype)
4. Every time after booting the Ubuntu I have to make a new configuration

get some more information about your hardware.
