The page you provide a link to above renders fairly quickly here, on an
old AMD Athlon XP 2700+ with 1.5 GB RAM and an old ATI Radeon 9800 Pro
128 MB (R350). I'm running Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx alpha 3.
Uname: Linux 2.6.32-16-generic i686
Perhaps it is an Nvidia driver issue after all.

Wondering if this is something to do with the recent change to NVidia
drivers. Full screen replay in BBC iPlayer is now really jerky, even
though normal view is fine. Strange
