Shouldn't the priority of this bug be raised? The software center is the
easiest way to install apps, but that doesn't mean that it shouldn't
have any help or manual or user documentation.

I think most places on the web currently link to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter, though we probably need a
community doc page for it as well. That said, since Software Center is
a homegrown Ubuntu product, we should host the official documentation
for it h.u.c. unless/until it is sent
