Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 8.04 did not have any suspension problem. I put my laptop to
suspend and it did not wake up correctly after I opened my lid. I waited
about 2 minutes and than shut it down by pressing the power button since
I was not seeing anything but the mouse cursor. After that, there was a
automatic forced file system check and it was not completed properly. I
was given a shell and instructed to run fsck manually. I ran it and was
prompted to fix some file system error. I said yes to all the prompt.
FSCK fixed it and instructed me to reboot. I rebooted by giving "reboot"
command on the shell and computer rebooted into karmic normally.

ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: This occured during a previous suspend and prevented it from
resuming properly.
