This looks like a duplicate of bug 432860. Laurent's comment that this
bug was fixed with an update makes sense, as this bug got fixed with the
2.6.31.6 kernel updated on January 6, 2010 (see bug 480144).

The warning that you continue to get is actually a different bug. WARNING: at
I reported one of the duplicates that you've merged. I still see this
warning running 2.6.31-19-server (x86_64).
I have a feeling this is related, in my case, to bittorrent traffic.
This box is a NAS and SAN serving several diskless boxes over iSCSI, NFS
and CIFS, and its gigabit NIC sees a LOT
I am now running this kernel version (and the previous ones before

and I have not seen this bug for a very long time. Have other people
