VNET_DNS is defined in my eucalyptus.conf files. It's populated from the
installer itself. I suspect some networkless install that didn't allow
VNET_DNS to be guessed from /etc/resolv.conf.
Could you please confirm that adding VNET_DNS fixes it ?
