It looks like the root cause of this bug was in gnome-control-center and
not nautilus-open-terminal, so I'm closing this bug.
If this bug still exists, please file a new bug report against gnome-
control-center. Thank you.

Hi.
I made some research and the problem doesn't come from nautilus-open-terminal.
It comes from the Preferred Applications application.
It doesn't set correctly the Execute Flag when a terminal is selected from
the drop down list.
For rxvt terminal, the value of the flag should be -e.
