Why are you confirming the bug and even provide an upstream bug
reference for this bug and then at the same time marking the bug

Thanks for reporting this feature request! Unfortunately, at this time Kubuntu
does not have the developer manpower needed to implement and maintain many
features at the Kubuntu level. But don't worry! This issue is being tracked by
the KDE developers at: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cg
