Please sync libxext 2:1.1.1-1 (main) from Debian experimental (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Our diff only consisted of autoconfige and a rebuild. Now the package
runs autoreconf on build, so it can be synced.

* Drop the XS- prefix from Vcs-* control fields.
* libxext6{,-dbg} don't need to depend on x11-common.
* Use ${binary:Version} instead of the deprecated ${Source-Version}.

* Parse space-separated DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS, handle parallel=N.
* Drop Pre-Depends on x11-common. This was needed for upgrades from sarge.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.3

(unneeded).
* Update libxext-dev.install to install headers.
