It is a reproducible bug. Just install Maverick in german in the
VirtualBox. Install the actual Wine-Version. Install any kind of
Windows-Software (LibreOffice, etc.) and you will get this second
submenu.

Still the same problem (installed wine version = 1.1.42-0ubuntu4).
I've got several windows apps installed. As I described I've got the
same problem on my netbook where I've got other apps installed.
