Gutsy enables SCIM work on KDE/QT applications, but kill the behavior of
dead keys. It's ironic i can write my name in chinese in KDE
applications but not my name in spanish cause dead keys does not work. I
cannot write López cause it appears L´opez...

Ubuntu users (Gnome users) can not use
Gutsy now uses Debian's im-switch setting which sets QT_IM_MODULE=xim in
/etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/scim. So this bug is fixed.
The /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/scim-immodule setting unfortunately doesn't
address scim-qtimm yet, but that's a separtate issue.

Status:
What is the status for feisty? Is scim-qtimm installed by default for
Ubuntu now? Or maybe the im-switch setting changed?
