Binary package hint: xorg

The failsafe mode currenty greets the user with "Ubuntu is running in
low graphics mode," and offers the user options on how to proceed.
These dialogs all specifically reference "Ubuntu," rather than the
distro name noted in /etc/lsb-release.

This means that downstream distros that are based on Ubuntu have to
either create a package fork to rename them, or just live with the fact
that they are incorrect.

These messages should either display the proper distro name in /etc/lsb-
release, or simply use distro-neutral jargon like "System is running in
low graphics mode."
