Binary package hint: pulseaudio

PA mixing frequency should match audio device frequency (reported by
alsa). This way PA can skip resampling, reducing CPU utilization and
latency.

Most users have only one device, so it seems simple - i thins it could
match frequencies closest to 48000 HZ.

If a user has more devices, things can become trickier. IMO in this case
we could give user opportunity to set it by himself.
