The mainline header-package has the file in a different location. Workaround:
$ cd /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.33-yourkernel-generic/include/
$ sudo cp generated/* linux/

already installed.
When I try to install the linux image, the building of the broadcom
driver fails along with the building of the VirtualBox drivers.
