Confirming this on Kubuntu Breezy with KDE 3.4.3. Konqueror-pro
extension installed, but I doubt that makes any difference.

konqueror incorrectly handles downloads for kde-look.org, kde-apps.org, etc..
the problem appears to be with the server as it is sending the file with
mime type text/plain so konqueror thinks the file is a text file

Go to one of the projects with a download link
Click on the link.
..this appears to happen with .deb files and .tar.gz files, but not with
.bz2 files.. I haven't looked that far into it, though. It's
