Public bug reported:

During the new 9.10 login. Pressing the blue circle with the white man in it 
brings up the "Universal Access Preferences" dialog box.
selecting "enhance contrast in colours" then de-selecting does not return to 
original state the black and white Ubuntu logo is lost and a icon of a computer 
is there in its place.
