I reproduced this bug with ssh (with smart card support enabled) and
running an endless loop:
ssh-agent bash
ssh-add -s 0
#enter pin
while ssh [EMAIL PROTECTED] /bin/true; do echo; done
without the bug fix it fails sooner or later (users report: far too often, it
