Personally, Text beside icons is really an odd layout. Since certain items have
text and certain dont and the items dont really line up well.
Why do the back and forward icons have text or even need text ? they are pretty
self explanatory.
Either only icons or Text below icons is better. ;)

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut
should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that
affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be
addressed as part of this project.
