Public bug reported: Just updated system from Ububtu 9.04 Jackalope to Ubuntu 9.10 koala( from Internet) it failed to upgrade properly the touch pad inoperative ...--> so reinstalled Ububntu from disk CD all ok except got a warning that not all language support packages installed properly , saw a crash icon on top bar...did not check because at the time had no internet connection ... later connected to internet and downloades few program taha appear to have install wel ...finally try to install javascript terminal and this failed
