According to your error_log your computer looses connection to the
printer. This looks much like a USB problem. Please do the following:
First, prepare for getting a debug error_log as described on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems in the section CUPS
error_log.

I did some test and it was the usb cable that I was using. It's working
fine now. You can close the ticket.
