Public bug reported: Binary package hint: pandoc
It is similar to #358679 bug report (the same Ubuntu release), but on a different architecture (Intel Centrino Duo processor) I was using Synaptic. Frankly I do not know, why it tries to install each time I do an upgrade of whatever packages. It should have been in dependences during one of my software instalations and from this time it tries to install (and fails) each time I do an upgrade.
