I emailed the maintainer of this package, qcad-doc (the manual) is not
shipped by default to lighten the size needed to install qcad, a warning
is displayed on the bottom if you click on help > manual without having
qcad-doc installed.

Seems Add/remove does not load the manual
This can be done using :- sudo apt-get install qcad-doc
Seems to work OK,--- BUT the command line shows:-
X error: BadDevice, Invalid or uninitialised input device 169 Major opcode: 147
Minor opcode: 3 Resource id: 0x0

Hi Aaron,
I'm using edgy and I can get help to work provided I have the packages
qcad-doc and qt3-assistant installed. This should provide a workaround
if this is still bothering you.
