Should ubuntu-sponsors be subscribed to merge requests? I thought that
was only for syncs.

For the record, 2.3.0 has not migrated to testing since if has critical
bugs (it doesn't work on ARM). I don't know if Ubuntu cares [about ARM],
but I'd like to point that the new version in Debian has significant
bugs.
