Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

gnome-keybinding-properties successfully defines the button (stand by)
that I want to bind to to run a particular application. But when I press
this button, it puts computer to stand by mode and the application does
not start. If the button can not be rebind, then do not give such
possibility, otherwise it is misleading.
