Whether or not apache ever starts using /srv, it won't be doing so
quickly. So let's fix this bug first, and work on the policy later.
Fixing this is just a case of editing debian/apache.conf in the source
package

Don't know what it should be, but can confirm that I just ran into this.
I don't really care which way we go, but the things in the repos should
at least match.

On the other hand, I think it's trying to put it in the right place. The
FHS says that server content should go in /srv, so Debian/Ubuntu's
Apache2 is breaching the FHS, while Wordpress is obeying it. What do
others think?
