Yep, it seems easy to recover with Alt-Tab now (on Edgy). That's all we
need really. Several people reported it as a problem though and I did
test for it myself as well on Dapper, so unless I'm very mistaken it
must have been fixed in Gnome 2.16.

Yeah, I agree with Karianne, I was able to do alt+tab back to the window
without having to go from one desktop to another.
This, to me, seems like a non-bug.

I am not sure what you mean here. When I shift focus back to the
desktop, I can use Alt+Tab between the applications as normal.

I personally feel that this is an item that requires more discussion
upstream. I don't think it's useful to just have it as a bug. What do
you think?
