Thank you for providing a link to the file. The behavior does not seem
to be present in Firefox 3.7. However, I have confirmed this bug on
Firefox 3.6.2 on Ubuntu 10.04.
Strangely, the Archive Manager was not found for the tar.gz file you
provided, but it was found just fine for other tar.gz
Same problem in Firefox 3.7
