I renamed the icon to transmission-panel.svg and pasted it in
/usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-light/apps/24 and transmission did not pick
it up, so I assume transmission dont look for -panel

Currently the icon used for transmission is made for Humanity[-Dark]. It
is difficult to see the icon when it is pressed on the panel as there is
no outline to distinguish it as the new ubuntu-mono icons do.
This screenshot shows a noticeable inconsistency between the two styles.
