I just tried to reproduce this using the 20100325 CD and was unable to do so.
Is this still an issue for you with the latest daily-live CD
(cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live)?

[Lucid] user account page
I tried this using the current daily (with testdrive and VirtualBox).
The issue with the radio buttons at the bottom of the page is fixed (the
page now has a scroll bar).
The other issue with the tiny description below the user name field is
not fixed yet. It still shows only one line although
