kdebase-runtime now recommends kubuntu-debug-installer to allow the
crash hander to install debug symbols, this uses kpackagekit. If you
don't want this installed then install with --no-recommends

kdebase runtime updates wants to install un needed programs
I am not trying to install any package. I allready have k3b and a few
kde games installed on ubuntu. Kde base-runtime is required for any kde
program to run. There is a kdebase- runtime update to be installed it
wants to install stuff I dont need for those applications. Thing that
would only be
