So I have also tried installing 3.1.2-1 virtualbox guest additions and get the

In my case, the bug doesn't appear until I install Vbox Guest Additions.
The non-free Vbox 3.14 itself is fine under the 2.6.32-16 32-bit kernel.
So I'd be very surprised if vbox-ose showed any problems. I'll try to
check it out.

that comes with Ubuntu i.e virtualbox-ose? I tried it with this and have
not been able t
I also have the same issue with the -16 kernel in Lucid (32 bit) running

constant crashes seemed to be resolved. However, as soon as I tried to
implement vbox guest additions, they came back.
So, at least in my case, the problem has something to do with the
interaction of the kernel and vbox guest addit
PS. I'm running 2.6.32-16, and have Intel graphics.

I'm a mere user, I have no idea whether this is exactly the bug I have.
But the title here is exactly the error message. When filling out the
crash report, I listed "once a day". Actually, it seems to be happening
every few minutes after the latest lucid update, as of half an hour ago.
I run 32-
Nevermind, I see this is a bug found in the -16 kernel already.
