Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: phpmyadmin

I tried to install phpmyadmin before installing MySQL 5.1 (was not a dependency
as well)
Installing was on an (almost) clean machine with Ubuntu Desktop 9.10 installed

After I got this error message, phpmyadmin was installed and functioned
fully.

Sort of spurious error.
