I've tested now for about two weeks and could not see the bug any more
--- I assume it fixed. At least with plain vanilla kernels from
kernel.org from 2.6.35.6 onward.

Adding sync to mount-options seems to resolve the problem, but with
drawbacks: mainly loosing some speed.
