Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

The package failed to install and upon reboot a text-based login screen
appeared and it was rapidly blinking. After a forced shutdown, I noticed
an addition to the GRUB boot menu that successfully booted Ubuntu. I
haven't checked to see if the extra entry still exists yet. I'm a new
user so if this is normal (the extra entry)(or if I can help fix it)
please let me know through my email-jake.mcgre...@live.com.
