Public bug reported: Binary package hint: command-not-found
in Ubuntu Lucid, executable 'mplayer' is delivered by package mplayer instead of the dummy package 'mplayer-nogui'. gmplayer is split into package 'mplayer-gui'. The command-not-found is prompting inaccurate package names (mplayer-nogui for the first one, 'mplayer' for the second one) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: command-not-found-data 0.2.40ubuntu3 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-18.27-generic 2.6.32.10+drm33.1 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-18-generic x86_64 Architecture: amd64 Date: Tue Mar 30 18:13:05 2010 Dependencies: EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 "Lucid Lynx" - Beta amd64 (20100318) ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: command-not-found ** Affects: command-not-found (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug lucid -- mplayer and gmplayer packages no longer accurate https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/551566 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
