This bug affected me too. I got my Natty beta 1 fresh installed yesterday, at first I feel my hardware become hotter than they are in Maverick. As lm-sensors results, CPU temp is now around 64-70 and GPU is around 70-72 at idle, this kills my hand. I think this is about Unity 3D related issue.
