I'm removing the 'regression-proposed' tag as Lucid doesn't have any
kernels in -proposed and as confirmed in the bug description, this was
against the 2.6.32-19.28 kernel which was in the main release pocket.

routine asks are quite technical and require some familiarity with the
specifics of Ubuntu packaging. Adding an I don't know option for each

The warning reported here typically indicates that it took longer for
your system to resume from suspend than expected. I believe there is a
5 sec barrier which your system likely exceeded. Based on your dmesg
output I see PM: resume devices took 11.640 seconds. I'm setting this
