For some reason, the Lucid package did not seem to generate a
translation template until now. I've just approved the templates which
appeared in the translations imports queue.
The templates should be available in Launchpad soon, and the
translations should appear in the next round of language pac
There is *no* ktorrent.mo to be found ;)

Indeed. There is ktorrent.mo to be found, yet ktorrent is part of main,
so its translations should be deployed via langpacks - currently not the
case I would say.
