The monochrome volume icon in Rhythmbox, Totem, Banshee etc... has been
replaced by an older icon..

The ubuntu-mono icons are to be used only in the panel and not elsewhere in the
system.
The humanity icons are to be used elsewhere in the apps.

Okay...
Is there any reason at all why they didn't stick with this one? (See
attachement)
They used this one in the beta releases, I think we all can agree that it fits
better in the new theme than the other one.. (see previous attachement)

@Sjoerd : Well, i dont agree that the icon in the comment 10 fits
better. ;-)
However the darker icon from ubuntu-mono-light could have been used. which
probably fits.
Anyways , this is not a forum for discussion.
The change was intentional , and it was meant to be fixed as such a long time

Honestly, I really thought it was a bug.
