Public bug reported:

When i login with an Yubikey, the network manager asks for my wireless
key instead of asking the gnome-keyring password (where my key is saved)

When i login with my normal password, the wireless connects without
asking the password (using the keyring i guess)

I 'solved' it by setting the wireless to "availible to all users"
