Updare: I haven't been experiencing this any more, but fullscreen never
works. The picture moves several frames at a time and out of sync witth
the audio. My workarounds are, if there is a temp file, such as videos
on Youtube, I pause the youtube video and open the temp file in
MoviePlayer and I

I am currently upgraded from my Jaunty install to Karmic then to Lucid.
The Lucid cd image didn't work for me. Maybe there is a better image
now. I am wondering if it is a problem with the small amount (about 2.5
gigs) of memory I have with a 64bit OS. I will run the terminal command
for you.
