is nobody currently working on this, I removed it from -proposed (we
need to clean up lucid-proposed for the Ubuntu 10.04.2 preparations).

I just accepted an updated version from Matthias
(1:3.2.1-6ubuntu2~10.04.1) which now also fixes the ARM build again, and
an additional fix. Please test this version as well, and let us know how
it works for you. It will be available on the archive servers in about
half a day.

Could you please paste the outputs of the lsb_release -d and apt-cache
policy openoffice.org-kde in a comment please?
I can't reproduce this bug in Kubuntu 10.04 with OpenOffice 3.2.0. (There were
quite some bugfixes made since Kubuntu 9.10 in regards to KDE integration)

I have to add a condition which is needed to reproduce the bug. You need
to load a previously saved document, then try to export this document as
PDF. If you create a new document, save it, export it as PDF everything
is fine.
