Your debdiff for lucid have to fix a couple of things.
1) debian/changelog: s/20090606-1ubuntu1/20090606-1ubuntu10.04
Usually we should use a version -1ubuntu0.1, but karmic and lucid has got the
same version and we need use release number in debian/changelog.
2) debian/changelog:
mtd-utils (20090606-1ubuntu1) maverick; urgency=low
* Add support for OneNAND flash in IGEPv2 OMAP3430 board.
