yeah, this bug occurs with pretty much all compsite managers, i had it with xcompmgr (breezy), compiz (breezy/dapper), and now beryl (edgy), it doesn't seem to be a popular bug, for example it hasn't been mentioned in beryl user forums... but that could be because firefox's autoscroll isn't
