I can confirm this bug (running 0.2.1-7).
Triggering the event manually via initctl trigger ctrl-alt-delete does not
have any effect either. A concurrently running initctl events shows that it
received the event but nothing happens.

Yes, you're quite right. The problem is that the event and job share
the same name, and I put an odd restriction in to make that illegal.
That will be fixed shortly.
