Confirmed. As I store personal documents elsewhere, I only have 2.5G of
data on my home partition. 1.5G of that is in .gwibber_messages_design.
I might have to rename that to .gwibber_messages_BAD_DESIGN.

I can confirm this, there were two files occupying over 5GB. I deleted
both files there were in .gwibber_messages_design/
