Yes, thanks for pointing that out. I saw that comment yesterday. I tried installing the latest 2.6.35 kernel from the ppa (The maverick backported kernel), but the problem persists. Although I get an extra sensor for the video adapter, the fans are not turned on automatically and I still get very
