Setting to critical since upstart is now default and sparc is supported
arch.
(remember faure.ubuntu.com can be used as porting/testing box)

faure isn't much good for testing unless I can get a remote console and
a bootable edgy disk; neither seem to be on offer?
You have a remote console on your sparc, don't you? could I borrow
that?
There's no reason it shouldn't work normally on sparc, unless there's
something totally whack on
